Promote, protect and advance the interests of its Members and that of the Leisure Marine industry.
Promote recreational boating as a safe, environmentally sound, and responsible leisure pastime.
Increase recreational boat & yacht ownership in the region through the development and promotion of the marine industry.
Promote ongoing and enduring improvements to safety through training and the establishment of best practices.
Work with appropriate organizations and authorities to address issues related to the environment, boating safety, waterways infrastructure, access to waterways, and related public facilities.
Provide a channel for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experience related to the leisure marine industry.

Membership Plans
An LMA MENA full membership is available for those companies that are actively involved in the Leisure Marine industry and have a specific marine activity on their trade license. They will have access to all benefits and will have voting rights and be able to stand for election for the board or any committees.
Members are allowed to carry the LMA Logo and promote the fact that they are a member in the course of their business.
An LMA MENA Associate Membership is available for those companies that have an interest in the Leisure Marine Industry but do not have a specific marine activity on their trade license, it is also open for individuals that work within the industry but wish to have a personal membership or any other individual that is a supporter of the industry and the community.
Examples could be Boat/Yacht Owners, Yacht Captains, Yacht Owner Representatives, Marina Managers, Brokers in their personal capacity, etc. Associate members will have partial access to the benefits and will not have any voting rights or be able to stand for election for the board or any committees.
Associate members are not allowed to carry the LMA Logo nor are they allowed to promote the fact that they are an associate member in the course of their business.
